About “Research on a Dish”

Fusion cuisine: researchers, in collaboration with a renowned, Luxembourgish chef will design a menu showcasing their current research projects.  Ben Weber, president du Vatel Luxembourg and chef at his own Restaurant “Gudde Kascht” in Haller, will take on this challenge to transform research into a gastronomical highlight.
